Shipping policy

Orders are packed at our own store and handed to our local delivery partners, so you can follow every step live.

Timelines

Local orders arrive the same day or next day. Other serviceable pin codes take 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. Below that a flat ₹49 is added at checkout, shown before you pay.

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹10,000 in serviceable pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Every order moves through Order placed, Packed, Picked up, Out for delivery and Delivered. You can watch it update in My orders without refreshing.

If nobody is available, the partner retries once the next day and calls the number saved on your account.
