Returns & refunds
If something is not right, you have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange it. No long forms, no questions asked.
Return window
Raise a return within 7 days of delivery from My orders. Items should be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Exchanges
Wrong size or colour can be exchanged once, free of charge, as long as the replacement is in stock.
Pickup
A delivery partner collects the item from the same address it was delivered to, usually within 2 working days.
Refund timelines
UPI refunds reach you in 1 to 3 working days after pickup. Card refunds take 5 to 7 working days. Cash on Delivery refunds are sent to a UPI ID or bank account you share with us.
What we cannot take back
Innerwear, cosmetics that have been opened, and items damaged by use. If a product arrived damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it at our cost.
