Our store team can see your order details so it can be packed and dispatched. An assigned delivery partner sees only the name, phone number and address needed for that delivery.

Your choices

You can edit your personal details and addresses any time from My account, and ask us to delete your account and order history by writing to our support email.

Data security

Accounts are protected by one-time codes instead of stored passwords wherever possible, and your records are only readable by your own signed-in account.
